Shivraj Choudhary’s mindset led him to set a Historic World Record
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], November 7: Shivraj Choudhary, an Indian Air Force soldier, achieved a remarkable feat by setting a new Guinness World Record in Sikar, Rajasthan. He accomplished this incredible feat by maintaining an abdominal plank position for 9 hours and 43 minutes, surpassing the previous record of 9 hours and 38 minutes held by Joseph Salek from Europe.
Shivraj, in a press conference, shared his inspiring journey, stating that he had a dream of making a world record for his country. He embarked on rigorous training to achieve this goal, starting with the challenge of holding a plank position for 60 minutes.
Despite his dedicated efforts, he struggled to progress beyond this point. However, fate intervened when someone suggested that he meet Abhishek Sihag, who was renowned for his mindset coaching.
At the time, Shivraj was stationed in Bangalore, but he made the journey to Sikar to seek guidance from Abhishek Sihag, who operates a startup called Loser’s Mindset. This startup specializes in providing mindset training to the youth, helping individuals to develop the right mindset to achieve their goals.
Under Abhishek Sihag’s guidance, Shivraj’s mindset was transformed, and he was able to hold a plank position for an impressive 180 minutes within just one month. After 10 months of dedicated mindset training, Shivraj was ready to set a new world record, realising his dream.
Abhishek Sihag, Shivraj’s mindset coach, explained that the training spanned 10 months. During this period, Shivraj practised the plank exercise only 90 times in 300 days, focusing on mindset development for the remaining 210 days. This mindset shift enabled Shivraj to break records at the district, state, national, and global levels within a short timeframe.
The world record event took place at Allen Coaching on Piprali Road, Sikar, and was organised by the Body Power Fitness Group. The event adhered to the guidelines of the Guinness Book and was judged by a panel including Dr. Aditya Chaudhary, Lecturer Manoj Moraiya, Irfan Qayamkhani, Yoga Guru Sunil Dhiwa, National bodybuilding judge Balbir Singh, and Yogesh Jangir.
The event received sponsorship from various organisations, including Allen Coaching, Vedic Hospital, Wrangler, City Fashion, Vishwakarma Video Vision, and more. Around 10,000 people participated in the program, which extended from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In conclusion, Shivraj Chaudhary expressed his gratitude to the organisers, sponsors, and partners who contributed to his successful world record achievement.
