With over 2,200 educators from 1,800 schools across 20 countries participating, the Olympiad was a resounding success.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0competition\u00a0assessed\u00a0educators\u00a0across\u00a0three\u00a0distinct\u00a0levels:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary\u00a0Level\u00a0(Grades\u00a01-5):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ms.\u00a0Hema\u00a0Lynette\u00a0Fernandes,\u00a0Ambassador\u00a0International\u00a0Academy,\u00a0Dubai<\/li>\n<li>Ms. Rashika Agrawal, Sunbeam School Varuna, Varanasi <em>(Joint\u00a0winners)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Secondary\u00a0Level\u00a0(Grades\u00a06-10):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ms.\u00a0Mamata\u00a0Nath,\u00a0KD\u00a0Ambani\u00a0Reliance\u00a0Foundation\u00a0School,\u00a0Jamnagar<\/li>\n<li>Ms. Meghana Marathe, Baroda High School, Vadodara <em>(Joint\u00a0winners)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Higher\u00a0Secondary\u00a0Level\u00a0(Grades\u00a011\u00a0and\u00a0above):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr.\u00a0Shalini\u00a0Verma,\u00a0Delhi\u00a0Public\u00a0School,\u00a0Gurgaon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Structured\u00a0into\u00a0two\u00a0phases,\u00a0the\u00a0event\u00a0aimed\u00a0to\u00a0honor\u00a0educators\u00a0for\u00a0their\u00a0innovative\u00a0and\u00a0effective teaching\u00a0practices.\u00a0In\u00a0the\u00a0first\u00a0phase,\u00a0participants\u00a0undertook\u00a0a\u00a040-minute\u00a0online\u00a0assessment\u00a0that evaluated their knowledge in key areas such as Technology Integration, Innovative Teaching Strategies, Classroom Management, Student Engagement, Inclusive Mathematics Education, and Differentiated Instruction. The top 200 educators from this phase advanced to the final round, the Maths Educator Excellence Award.<\/p>\n<p>In the second phase, selected participants were required to submit a comprehensive lesson plan and a short video demonstration, highlighting innovative teaching strategies in math education.\u00a0Top\u00a0performers\u00a0received\u00a0rewards\u00a0worth\u00a0\u20b910\u00a0lakhs,\u00a0which\u00a0included\u00a0cash\u00a0prizes\u00a0and exam vouchers from Google and Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>Following\u00a0the\u00a0event,\u00a0upEducators\u00a0conducted\u00a0eight\u00a0masterclasses\u00a0for\u00a0all\u00a0participants,\u00a0led\u00a0by National Awardee Teachers and industry experts. These sessions covered various topics, including Transforming Maths Education with Artificial Intelligence, Innovative Teaching<\/p>\n<p>Strategies in Maths, Unleashing the Power of Digital Manipulatives, Gamification in Education, and Exploring Math\u2019s Motion with GeoGebra and Desmos by National Awardees like Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Ms. Sangeeta Gulati, and Ms. Achala Verma.
