In June 2025, he won three gold medals in the squat, bench press and deadlift events at a powerlifting championship in Pattaya, Thailand. He lifted a combined 405 kg and became the first Indian powerlifting world champion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patel is among the few Indian athletes competing successfully across both bodybuilding and powerlifting at the international level. A pure vegetarian, Patel has built his strength and fitness through disciplined training and nutrition, while competing at the international level.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on his performance, Patel said, \u201cWinning three gold medals in powerlifting and two gold medals in bodybuilding at the same championship is a very special achievement for me. I have always believed that age or dietary choices should not limit what I can achieve as an athlete. I have worked hard on my training, strength, fitness and discipline to compete at the international level.
